I dont have any users for a newsletter, what should I do?
Keeping in touch with your customers is extremely important for return business. Invite them to join your email newsletter every chance you get. We can give you HTML to put on your website to let users subscribe to your newsletters. More ways include: taking down email addresses at networking events and trade shows. If you have a retail store offer a signup for your monthly newsletter. Incentive is always nice.... Offer a monthly drawing for a free lunch or a prize of some sort and have customers put their business card in a fish bowl. Once you collect email addresses it's easy to import them into your Full Contact manager.
Can I have my own custom layout/template for newsletters so it matches my website?
Definitely. You can provide an HTML design or our designers can build custom layouts for you. It's easy to change the images and the content per mailing within your custom layout.
Can I send test emails to view my newsletter before sending it to my customers?
Absolutely. You are able to create two "test" email addresses which you can send newsletters to, free of charge. This allows you to perfect your newsletters before sending them to customers.
Can I buy email lists from you to market my stuff to as many users as possible?
We do not condene spam. We do not allow spam. All email newsletters run by your Full Contact account must be OPT-IN. That means the users subscribed to your list, authorizing you to send them email newsletters.
How do I import my users to send newsletters?
We provide a few different ways to import users giving you full flixibility and ease of use. The most popular way is a 2 step Excel spreadsheet import. You can also put custom HTML code (which we provide) on your website for users to subscribe to your newsletters.
I'm new to email marketing, do you have support?
Absolutely. Just call us during normal business hours, and one of our staff will give you free training on how to use our tools.
Do I have to host my website with you?
No, you do not have to host your website with us. There are, however, advantages to doing so. Please see the pages that discuss hosting your site with us and hosting your site elsewhere.
Do I have to pay by credit card?
You do not have to pay by credit card. If you choose not to pay by credit card you can mail us a check and we will apply the credit towards your Full Contact account.
